Dr. Abhishek Patel is a double board-certified physician in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with more than a decade of clinical experience.
His work has spanned telehealth, inpatient, and outpatient care, with a focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain. Dr. Patel combines traditional medical training with a strong interest in lifestyle medicine and innovative, technology-driven care models designed to improve patient outcomes.

Fran Hoh, Nurse Practitioner
Fran Hoh is an advanced practice nurse with nearly 40 years of experience in pain management, geriatrics, and critical care. She previously managed an inpatient pain service in New Jersey and now works in interventional pain management in Florida, caring for patients with complex chronic pain conditions.
Fran is the author of Pain Medications and You: A Comprehensive Guide to Survive and Thrive (2013). She is certified in Hospice and Palliative Care and was named Geriatric Pain Nurse of the Year by the American Society of Pain Management Nursing.
Her work focuses on helping patients manage pain, improve function, and maintain independence.
